NA urges caution in amending public investment law

National Assembly leader said caution is advised for the amendments of the Law on Public Investment, saying that adjustments are necessary but it must not be done in haste, or risks disrupting the legal system.

The construction of a 1.28km road south of Mũi Trâu tunnel, part of the Hồ Chí Minh Highway’s section that runs from La Sơn T-junction in Thừa Thiên - Huế Province and ends at Tuý Loan town of Đà Nẵng City. The 77.6km section has been invested in to the tune of nearly VNĐ 12 trillion (US$ 528 million) and is expected to be completed by the end of 2018. — VNA/VNS Photo Huy Hùng
