In order to meet the development requirements of the real estate market in the current period,hạng 2 đức hôm nay the Provincial People's Committee decided to establish the Provincial Real Estate Association. Thua Thien Hue Real Estate Association is a professional social organization operating in the field of real estate of the province and related individuals and organizations, voluntarily established with the aims of cooperating, linking, supporting, and helping each other, contributing to the construction, sustainable development of the real estate sector in Thua Thien Hue.

The Association plays the role of a representative, and a focal point to collect the opinions of the members to participate and petition the State agencies for the guidelines and policies related to the Association’s sector and field of activity in accordance with the law; protect the legal rights and facilitate member units and organizations to access to organizations inside and outside the province, etc.

Speaking at the Congress, Vice Chairman Phan Thien Dinh congratulated the establishment of the Provincial Real Estate Association, and said that as Thua Thien Hue was facing huge opportunities for socio-economic development, the establishment of Provincial Real Estate Association was very necessary, creating a bridge between businesses and authorities to join hands to create a real estate market developing strongly in the area. Through the bridge of the Association, the provincial leaders would have more bases to approach and make management policies closely related to reality, remove difficulties and obstacles so as to create maximum conditions for investors in the province, as well as domestic and foreign investors in real estate investment in the province.

The Congress voted for the Executive Board of the Provincial Real Estate Association for the first term, in the period of 2019-2024 with 21 members; Mr. Nguyen Minh Chau, General Director of An Nam Group Joint Stock Company was elected the Chairman of Thua Thien Hue Real Estate Association. The Congress also agreed to establish five affiliated associations including Real Estate Broker, Legal, Finance, Construction, and Building Materials.
