The procession welcoming the holy spirit of Mrs. Tran Thi Dao

The procession, comprising nearly 200 people, was organized into 18 groups with many traditional worship instruments and music, … attracting numerous tourists.

After the offerings and prayers at Tran family ancestral house and Mrs. Tran Thi Dao's shrine, the ceremony continued with the ritual of escorting her holy spirit from the Tran family ancestral house to Thanh Thuy Chanh village communal house. Next is the ceremony of escorting the holy spirit of theperson who contributed greatly to the construction of the Thanh Toan tiled-roof bridge from Thanh Thuy Chanh village communal house to the main altar at Thanh Toan tiled bridge. Once the worship ceremony for Mrs. Tran Thi Dao was completed, the “Countryside Market Festival” in response to Hue Festival 2024 officially began.

In addition to preserving and maintaining traditional, cultural and spiritual values, educating about gratitude and remembering the contributions of ancestors, this event also aims to exploit the potential and strengths of local cultural, historical sites, and community tourism.
