In 2017,lich dau c1 the Authority licensed 12 projects with a new total registered capital of over VND 5,900 billion, raising the number of licensed projects in economic and industrial zones to 147 projects with the total registered capital of over VND 68,500 billion and disbursed capital of VND 20,600 billion.

Among the major projects, the project of Wharf No. 3 at Chan May port owned by Hao Hung Hue Co. Ltd. is constructing embankments, leveling the ground, setting up the stakes, with the work volume worth approximately VND 200 billion. As for the key project of Mediterranean Legend resort owned by Vicoland Development and Construction Group JSC, the external construction of 12 coastal villas is underway, with work volume estimated at VND 400 billion.
