Chairman of provincial People's Committee – Mr. Nguyen Van Cao signed a policy unifying document to permit Viet Hung Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company to research a project of restoring the Royal Health Institute (Thai Y Vien) in Hue and draw up a plan to preserve and develop this ty le keo caibrand name.  This project was presided over by Department of Planning and Investment in co-operation with Hue Monuments Conservation Center. There was also the help of relevant units, which supplied documents and information related to the Royal Health Institute, so that the company could survey and propose some specific positions for the implementation of the project, as well as investment and management plans.
