HÀ NỘI — Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation will visit Laos and co-chair the 47th meeting of the Việt Nam-Laos Inter-Governmental Committee from January 9-10, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ communiqué.
