Thekết quả hạng 3 đức book records the memories of Hue city of a French-Vietnamese person. The author was the son of a French mandarin and a Hue woman, born and raised in Hue during the first 20 years of the 19th century, under the first two reigns of the Nguyen Dynasty_ lasting from the reign of Emperor Gia Long to the first 5 years of the reign of Emperor Minh Mang.
On this occasion, the French Institute in Hanoi - L’Espace, and the National Institute of Culture and Arts in Hue hold a seminar "Inspiring the culture and art in the 19th-20th and 21st centuries".
The seminar is attended by speakers such as Mr. Le Duc Quang, a translator, Mr. Tran Dinh Hang, a Hue researcher and Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung. The organization board also bids for 3 versions of the book "Recollection of the Hue imperial city in the early 19th century". All auction proceed will be used to support the Hue Cultural Foundation.
