The Party Central Committee, the National Assembly, the President, the Government and the Central Committee of the Việt Nam Fatherland Front have issued a special communiqué, announcing that President Trần Đại Quang died at 10:05am on September 21, 2018, and his funeral will be held as a national mourning.
