Starting the conference, Chairman Nguyen Van Phuong extended warm congratulations to the community of local businesses.

With businesses’ contributions, Thua Thien Hue Province has reached various positive achievements. Their efforts have contributed to further development of local economy. Besides, it has also created favorable conditions for locals and business community to grow more and more.

The conference spent much time on listening to suggests, feedbacks, and requests from provincial businesses, thence, joining hands to solve difficulties, problems, helping businesses to reach strong and sustainable development.

Many important contents were proposed by the businesses, focusing on groups of issues such as supporting credit guarantees for small and medium-sized enterprises; and providing support production and business spaces for companies in the supporting industry; furthermore, improving investment and business environment to be more open and convenient; supporting startup and innovative enterprises, assisting them in building up product brand names; training and developing high-quality human resources, and helping businesses to overcome difficulties, recover, and develop.

Acknowledging the sincere, straightforward, and responsible feedback from businesses and the Provincial Business Association, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee affirmed that, based on the feedback, requests, and suggestions of the businesses and associations, the Provincial People’s Committee will assign certain tasks for each industry in solving their proposals. The goal is to effectively and promptly implement central and local policies, keeping on submit to central agencies the unresolved problems, and difficulties that the businesses have to face during their production and business operations.

With the proposals within the province’s jurisdiction, the Provincial People’s Committee will issue directives and assign relevant sectors to give appropriate advice and implement in a timely manner, ensuring there are no delays in addressing their matters. At the same time, the province will continue to ask sectors to explore new solutions to support businesses and submit their findings to the Department of Planning and Investment for building up sustainable development strategies.

Chairman Nguyen Van Phuong emphasized that the province has been implementing various solutions in administrative reform and building e-government with the initiatives of developing smart urban. The province has also issued and vigorously carried out policies to support businesses, creating a public and transparent investment environment, and being ready to provide support when interested investors come forward.

On this occasion, Chairman Nguyen Van Phuong awarded certifications to typical businessmen achieved excellent achievements in production and business.
